Returns Policy

  2. Receive Instructions: Our support team will review your request and provide return shipping instructions.

  3. Ship the Item: Send the product back in its original packaging using a trackable shipping method. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

  4. Confirmation & Refund: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process a refund or exchange.

3. Refund Process

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 30 business days after receiving the return.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

  • If a refund is not approved due to item condition, we will notify you and return the item at your expense.

4. Exchanges

  • If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact us first to check availability.

  • Exchanges follow the same process as returns, and new items will be shipped once we receive the original product.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos.
